When you place an order with us, we shall collect and process your personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order and responding to your requests. You are required to provide personal data in order to conclude a contract. If you fail to provide personal data, no contract can be concluded. Processing of the data is performed pursuant to Article 6 section 1 lit. b GDPR and required to fulfil a contract with you. Your data shall be disclosed for instance to your chosen shipping company and dropshipping providers, providers for payment services, order processing and IT services. In any case, we shall strictly comply with legal requirements. Data transfer shall be kept to a minimum.

Duration of data retention
After the contract has been completely processed, your personal data shall be stored for the duration of the warranty period, and further under consideration of legal retention periods, in particular to comply with tax and commercial law. After expiry of the retention period they will be deleted if you have not agreed to further use and processing.
